You may now celebrate these new Windows 8 smartphones by HTC. Expectation-reviews of the Windows Phone 8X and Windows 8S by HTC seem good and shall definitely have you guys celebrating the swankiest, super-tech windows 8 phones in the recent times. HTC is certainly not giving in the market to the iPhone 5, Samsung Galaxy SIIIs, Lumias or Xperias without a fight. And the Windows 8X and Windows 8S definitely seem good contenders if you preview them before the devices are released in October..

The two Windows 8 smartphones have some nifty features you'll be interested in (BTW, what does the 'S' in Windows 8S stand for? Probably it means 'System' or well, borrowed from Samsung Galaxy S3 to market-ize the mobile devices). Anyhow, here is an overview of the 8X and the 8S, its main features and price:.

The Windows 8X by HTC has an ultra-wide-angle front-facing 5MP camera which means you can cozy up wonderfully for your Facebook self-portrait photos and Skype calls, full-screen on the 4.3 inch display, that is. The camera has a built-in f2.0 lens and Back Side Illumination functionality so you can take clear pictures even in dim/dark conditions. The camera is a wide-angle, low-light front camera, scratch-resistant Gorilla® Glass screen. The Windows 8X runs on 1.5 GHz dual core processor and comes with a 1 GB RAM, 16 GB memory. You can choose your Windows 8X from the colors blue, black, yellow and red.

Apple to reportedly stop supporting 32-bit apps with iOS 11

In a bid to remove problem apps and to focus on quality, Apple will stop supporting 32-bit apps with the release of iOS 11 later this year, meaning that many legacy applications will no longer function at all. "Starting with iOS 10.3, Apple has started alerting users when they open a 32-bit app on iOS. The pop up notification reads that the app must be updated by the developer or else it may not work with future versions of iOS," tech website 9to5mac.com reported on Monday.
