Can you believe it? You’re looking at about a third of the specifications for the yet-unreleased Motorola Droid 4! No, I didn’t do anything crazy to get the specs of this must-anticipated mobile phone. I found a screenshot on a website showing the Motorola Droid 4’s specifications. The screen shot was a leaked spec sheet from Droid-Life. Oh la!   Here, let me introduce you to the Droid 4. The Motorola Droid 4 is expected to be launched by Verizon during December 2011. According to murmurs across the mobile phone world, the Droid 4 is understood to be a set with a 4-inch (960 x 540 pixels) TFT display, at least a 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM and yes, a 5-row slide out keyboard. The specs also show that the Smartphone has a 4G LTE, 8MP rear camera with 1080p video recording at 30 fps; a LED flash and a front video-calling camera. The first Nokia Windows Phone previously available in limited stores would be available from December 1 in the United Kingdom. Retailers have announced that SIM -Free / Unlocked units of the Lumia 800 would be ready for retail from December 1 in the UK. The Nokia Lumia 800 is priced at about 369 British pounds ($575 USD/ IND Rs.30, 000). Pre-orders are currently underway.  The handset is expected to be launched in India also during December.

HSBC has launched a 90% LTV two-year discount deal at 3.84%, with no fee. Interestingly the group has also launched a 60% LTV 2.39% lifetime tracker at 2.89% with a £999 booking fee and a 3.28% five-year-fixed with a £1,999 booking fee. According to a Mortgagestrategy's report by Natalia Thomas , the head of communications at Trinity Financial Group Aaron Strutt said the new rate might be low but may not offer the security many first-time buyers are seeking. The offer is the bank's first ever sub-four per cent interest rate for mortgage borrowers with a ten per cent deposit. It means that for the two-year discount period house buyers will be paying just 3.84 per cent. Also, there is no fee to pay on the financial product. The yardstick applies to HSBC's other two-year and five-year fixed rates at 85 per cent and 90 per cent LTV.
