Vodafone goes hyper: 4G network ready and Andorid tablet

Mobile operator Vodafone seems to be picking up pace these days: The super-fast Vodafone 4G mobile network is being readied for launch, the first country for it being Australia, in 2013. Interestingly the news coincides with Vodafone's Android Tablet, which joined the tablet market as Vodaphone's very own brand device today. Vodafone 4G Network  The recently-launched Samsung Galaxy S3 mobile phone and of course Apple's virtually indomitable iPad "niche" has somehow pushed Vodafone even farther into the corner after the 2010 meltdown. I'm guessing that the company needed new ideas if it was to regain its base. The 4G network seem a good start to commence reclaiming the market it lost in 2010 when the operator lost at least 554,000 customers. The company confirmed today that the schedule for the 4G network organizing would be completed by the end of this year. According to AustraliaIT, Vodafone's new network has already been launched in Western Aust...

Remove Navbar Blogger: Google adds "OFF" feature to disable Navigation Bar

Now you can easily disable or remove the Navibar (or navigation bar) from your blogger/blogspot blog  without editing the template, HTML, code, CSS or anything! I can't believe this and I'm so happily shocked: Just a few minutes ago, I went to choose a navigation bar design for my blog and found that Google has a new feature: Disable or TURN OFF the Navibar! I found it just a few minutes ago now my blogger blog looks like a proper website. This post is not about mobile phones or gadgets but I'm posting this information here just to announce my "discovery" and my mega-super happiness at not having to have that Navigation bar and that orange blogger icon on the top of my blog here now. Moreover I did a search and I didn't see any blog, news or info on the  feature, so I thought to "announce" it YAY :) :)   Now disable/remove Blogger Navigation Bar for good    (See that image? That's the 'OFF' feature' to disable the Navibar) I ...

Samsung Galaxy S III ( or galaxy S3) Price USA

Touted as the "iPhone killer", the Samsung Galaxy SIII (or Galaxy S3)  has been launched in the United States and at a not-too-scary-price. The Galaxy S III USA price is average $250 to $340. It varies, particularly for the 32GB model, according to carriers. For instance, Sprint is selling it for approximately $249.99 while T-Mobile has tagged it $329.99. I'm not too sure about whether the mobile phone would put up that much of a fight. There are many reasons: For instance look at the iPhone 4. The iPhone 4 is 16GB for $199, 32GB for $299, 64GB for $399 but the Samsung S3, by all measure is a bit hard on the wallets when the technology, user experience and the overall device isn't exactly better than the incredible iPhone (read smart, easy and 'relevant' interface). Microsoft Surface Tablet Specs overview: All about the tablet computer

By Al Ngullie , Guest Writer Microsoft Corporation has launched ‘Microsoft Surface Tablet’, the software giant’s new series of tablet computers which I believe is “in response” to the Apple iPad.  So why would Microsoft come up with a tablet computer only now? Ask Apple and what it has been doing to eat into the hitherto-indomitable market hitherto-controlled by Windows. I mean the specs of OSs have been reinvented over and over again while MS continues to milk its aging franchise.  Well, at least until now – the Windows 8 is here.   That aside, by first look at the Surface Tablet’s design and a sneak peek at its specifications and features, the new device definitely testifies to observations that the corporation is finally shifting to new technological paradigms particularly in the face of Apple’s onslaught at the personal appliances market. So what did MS come up with, to try pushing a condescending thumb into Apple’s face? Well, it depends on what your definition ...
