Introducing the Sony Xperia ion

The Sony Xperia ion is the latest Smartphone from Sony to hit the Indian market. The mobile phone is big in camera, memory and yes did I mention big in HD capabilities? Priced at Rs 36,999, Sony's new flagship Android smart phone boasts of a sizeable 4.6" touch screen interface and display. 

The mobile phone supports HD video – and 12 Megapixel camera. The device runs on Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) and has a fast 1.5GHz dual-core processor with 1GB RAM. The Sony Xperia ion also comes with 16GB internal memory and supports microSD card up to 32GB – huge storage, that is.

An interesting feature of the Sony Xperia ion is its 12 Megapixel front-facing camera. The camera can record full high-definition videos at fast 1080p@30fps. The front-facing camera also supports video calls at VGA resolution.
