“Cheapest” (read lowest) UK mortgage rates for April

Mortgage deals in the UK, particularly cheap-rate fixed arrangements seem to be on to a good start. I just came across some ‘comfortably cheap’ fixed rated deals including ‘100% mortgage deals’ but then adverse credit could pose a challenge to them later. Here are some latest mortgage deals that I came that may interest you.

The best mortgage deal is obviously from First Direct at 1.99% at the Variable of 65% Maximum LTV at 3.60% until April 2013. The fact is PMS, Saffron Building Society are all offering the initial rate of 1.99% (fees - £999 at Maximum 65% of Loan-to-Value) while ING and Santander is giving 2.19% each as initial rates. It is the variable – and First Direct is the lowest – that is could decide the buying point.

PMS is at 60% Maximum LTV at 4.10 APR.
Saffron Building Society is offering 65% Maximum LTV at 5.10% APR.
ING’s variable is at 60% Maximum LTV at 3.40% APR.

The various versions of UC Browser , a nifty little mobile browser that was touted to be the "fastest browser" for mobile phones that time, was the choice of wave 525 users. The only problem? In a world where every app and gadget was either android or windows, none worked for Bada OS (Samsung's own operating system). The Sams...
